    Overview

     

    As **VP/Director, Connections Strategy** , you are a driving force for integrated thinking across the entire PESO (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned) ecosystem. Your strategic vision and expertise will be essential in leading client engagements and elevating the agency’s approach to connected experiences. You will champion the use of integrated audience intelligence and data-driven insights to break down barriers, move audiences, and unlock brand growth by orchestrating seamless, purpose-driven connections across all channels.

    Responsibilities

    Day-to-day, your role will focus on steering holistic strategy and inspiring teams across key accounts, including:

    + Leveraging the full spectrum of audience intelligence and data to uncover deep, actionable insights into consumer behavior, guiding the development of robust, integrated connections plans.

    + Mapping end-to-end consumer journeys to identify pivotal opportunities and critical brand touchpoints, designing strategies that transcend channels and drive meaningful engagement.

    + Translating complex data and behavioral patterns into compelling stories that reveal how brands can spark deeper, more authentic connections with their audiences.

    + Partnering closely with relationship leads, creative strategists, and cross-capability teams to ensure the communications plan is seamlessly translated into innovative, integrated programs and inspiring executions.

    + Proactively identifying and activating opportunities to leverage marketing technology and data throughout the communications ecosystem, accelerating brand impact.

    + Leading the evolution and stewardship of the Connections toolkit—a consistent, scalable framework that enables excellence and consistency in Connections Strategy outputs.

    + Acting as a diplomatic facilitator, rallying diverse groups around a unified vision, energizing collaboration, and ensuring every touchpoint is aligned to the broader brand platform.

    This crucial leadership role requires deep expertise (10-12 years) and a record of impactful, boundary-pushing work—which means you are:

    + A visionary strategist and integration champion, with a proven ability to orchestrate omni-channel brand experiences powered by audience intelligence and a passion for breaking down silos across the PESO landscape.

    + A masterful analytical thinker, combining exceptional research dexterity with creative insight. You have deep experience with media-centric tools (Comscore, MRI, Google Analytics, and beyond), using data to uncover transformative insights and fuel strategic decision-making at the highest level.

    + A relationship builder and trusted advisor, skilled at providing authoritative guidance to senior clients while nurturing strong partnerships and fostering collaboration across every level of the agency and its partners.

    + A magnetic leader and mentor, known for your ability to inspire growth and innovation. You nurture talent, empower teams, and unite creative, media, and owned specialists around a shared vision—elevating collective ambition and ensuring every voice is heard.

    + A compelling storyteller, able to distill complexity into clarity and bring ideas to life through powerful, persuasive presentations that energize teams and clients alike.

    Compensation Range: $129,485 - $186,060 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
