Manager Administrative Services** **_Hybrid_

The Manager Administrative Services will be responsible for leading the executive assistants for the North Division which supports the Providence Swedish Puget Sound and Providence Alaska markets. The manager will lead in a manner which promotes the Providence mission, values, and philosophy. Oversees duties and responsibilities of the divisional Executive Office and provides lead administrative support for North Division Executive Leadership team. Will establish and maintain positive relationships with the administrative team, in all aspects, serve as a role model for the values and mission of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

+ Coursework/Training - Four years of university or college training in English, Liberal Arts, or related subjects or,

+ Coursework/Training - Graduation from a technical program in Secretarial or Office Support Services or equivalent educ/experience.

+ 5 years - Administrative experience with 3 years supporting senior leadership.

+ 3 years - Leadership experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
