Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Information Systems Analyst 1 works with the Manager of Supply Chain Information Systems in facilitating the integration of Information Systems into the supply chain setting in such a way as to support supply chain workflows and improve the quality of customer service and end-user experience. SCIS provides guidance and leadership to the supply chain information systems teams to support supply chain staff in decision-making, design, education, and implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and related applications and workflows throughout ProMedica. The primary role of the SCIS is to provide master data management support within the ERP application to include but not limited to Infor and EPIC. This individual is expected to exercise direction and judgment with minimal supervision while leading a team that conducts education and/or supports our customers and our SCIS colleagues through project implementation. It is essential this position understand, technically, how systems interrelate with other departmental systems, applications, and workflows. Maintains database and other master files related to said applications. Provide backup coverage for other SCIS team personnel. Serve as liaison support to IT as well as internal system users, business process owners and vendors.
ACCOUNTABILITIES

+ The primary role is to provide daily master data management support within the ERP application and installed software, system setup, troubleshooting and communication for end-users. Ensure data integrity, test system changes, and analyze data flow for process improvement opportunities. Reviews testing scripts and validates to ensure supply chain relevancy and participates in end user validation activities related to supply chain.
+ Demonstrates an understanding of PHS information systems applications and acts as the Gatekeeper in assuring proper procedural and SCIS application internal controls are in place and operationalized. Analyze/evaluate requirements related to the implementation, modification or upgrade of software products or the development, enhancement or modification related directly to supply chain modules.
+ Set up EDI Specifications for purchasing and invoice transactions.
+ Creates documentation for internal documentation and external users. Including testing plans, user guides, etc. Responsible for the development and maintenance of new documentation, ERP tools and or applications that integrate with existing new business workflows.
+ Assists in developing reports to track financial and supply chain performance for administration, management, and end-users. Knowledge of databases relative to but not limited to, the item master, vendor master, chart of accounts, accounting unit listings, etc., for all ProMedica entities.
+ Prioritize, schedule, and monitor activities and quality of work to include the creation of work plans and status reports to management. Takes what they learn and applies their knowledge of the Infor application to assist in creating more efficient workflows.
+ Displays a willingness to make decisions or seeks direction from Supply Chain leadership. Demonstrates desire to continuously learn, develop, and present new educational material and provides excellent customer service. Perform special projects and ad hoc analyses in support of the Supply Chain group. Identify potential issues independently working closely with Purchasing, Contracting, Clinical Value Analysis, and Procurement and Logistics to align priorities. Enhances professional growth and development by participating in educational programs; reading current literature; attending in-service training and workshops; attending meetings as required and participating on committees as directed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
**Education** : Bachelor’s degree **or** 1-3 years’ experience in Supply chain systems and data analysis
**Skills** :
+ Proficient in Microsoft office applications (i.e., MS Word, Excel, etc.)
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate well with diverse people, excellent human relation skills and customer service skills.
+ Must have effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
+ Must be able to prepare information for project presentations and may function as a team lead.
+ Must be able to understand directions, communicate and respond.
+ Strong customer service orientation.
+ Approachable and able to mentor Supply Chain Analysts and other Supply Chain staff.
+ Ability to prioritize and react to ever changing priorities.
+ Excellent and efficient communication skills, both oral and written
+ Ability to multi-task and cope with frequent interruptions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
**Education** : Bachelor’s degree, supply chain management or related field
**Skills** :
+ Knowledge of Patient Safety and Regulatory Standards, Healthcare Policy, and Evidence-Based Practice Guidelines.
+ Experience with Power BI or database reporting.
+ Experience in Infor Cloud Suite ERP.
+ Proven solid data mining, extrapolation, and mathematical skills.
**Years of Experience** : 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain systems or data analysis; experience maintaining a Supply Chain ERP system
