Job Summary:
ACCOUNTABILITIES

+ Manages staff in the secure design and architecture of technology infrastructure in collaboration with technical and application teams. Monitors the information technology infrastructure for cybersecurity attacks. This includes maintaining and evolving the program to align with the changing threat landscape.
+ Participates in the incident response on cyber-based attacks on technology infrastructure and assist Internal Audit, Privacy, Human Resources, other departments, and law enforcement on investigations involving technology.
+ Implement, manage, and maintain a robust identity and access management solution that effectively and efficiently provisions and de-provisions technology resources to the ProMedica user community.
+ Provide an effective information security awareness training program to the ProMedica user community.
+ Evaluate new technology implementations including, but not limited to on-premises, cloud and other partnerships for identifiable risks and make appropriate recommendations to management.
+ Sets meaningful individual objectives and specific job expectations for staff. Ensures that employees know what is expected and the standards by which they will be evaluated. Gives adequate guidance and supervision. Optimizes use of Employees’ skills. Periodically reviews employee performance.
+ Maintain current knowledge of IT and healthcare trends. Recommends and supports ProMedica strategic initiatives. Maintain an open line of communications and complete level of knowledge to IT Senior Leadership regarding major projects, initiatives, and goal status.Capable of acting as the backup to the Director in his/her absence.Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
**Education** : Bachelor’s Degree
**Skills** : Strong analytical and critical thinker. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing to a variety of parties. Understand how risk management concepts align to the strategic business processes and functions for the organization.
**Years of Experience** : Minimum 5 years information technology or IT audit experience with at least 2 years as a supervisor/manager.
