Job Description

We are looking for a **Change Management Practitioner** to support implementations encompassed in a modernization effort including the Pharmacy Benefits Administration (PBA) and Prior Authorization (PA) solutions. This position will be **full-time contract** and **remote** with some travel.

What You’ll Do

+ Work in parallel with project management teams to support the successful implementation of change initiatives

+ Focus on stakeholder engagement, process optimization, and organizational readiness to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption

+ Contribute to modernization efforts, including Pharmacy Benefits Administration (PBA) and Prior Authorization (PA) solutions

+ Collaborate with two (2) full-time dedicated Project Managers working directly with other Project Managers for the duration of the projects

+ Provide expertise in organizational change management (OCM) to support smooth transitions within the scope of modernization efforts

What You'll Need

Required:

+ 2+ years of experience in leading organizational change initiatives

Preferred:

+ Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) certification

Physical Demands

+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$52.00 - $55.00 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
