This is not a desk job. You'll be on your feet, using equipment, moving furniture, solving problems, and leading a crew through commercial cleaning projects across the St. Louis area. You'll be the person who sets the pace, keeps things safe, and makes sure every job is done the Woodard way - with quality and pride. Schedule Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM + On-Call Rotation What You'll Do This role is physically active and fast-moving, and you'll be right in the work with your team:

     

    + Clean commercial carpet and hard surface floors using professional tools and equipment

    + Move furniture, load/unload equipment, and keep jobs running efficiently

    + Perform pre-clean inspections and problem-solve on the spot

    + Mix/apply appropriate chemicals for cleaning, stain removal, and odor removal

    + Lead a crew onsite - set the pace, coach, and hold quality standards

    + Ensure trucks/equipment are clean, stocked, and ready to roll

    + Work safely and enforce PPE use for yourself and the team

    + Use technology to enter job data and stay organized

    + Participate in on-call rotation for urgent jobs when needed
