Responsibilities

+ Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors in a courteous and timely manner.

+ Perform clerical duties including patient registration, chart preparation, data entry, and record maintenance.

+ Coordinate communication between physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.

+ Schedule appointments, tests, and procedures as required.

+ Answer telephones, respond to inquiries, and relay messages accurately.

+ Ensure confidentiality of patient information in accordance with hospital policies and regulations.

+ Maintain office supplies and support departmental organization.
