    Adecco is assisting a client in their search for a **Senior** **Product Operations Specialist** . This is a contract role through August with the possibility of extension with weekly pay at $32 an hour. The position is remote but travel is required.

     

    The Product Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of an existing product and contributes to the creation and execution of the product work plan. Under the direction of the Product Operations Manager, this temporary role will manage the Chief Reader and associated Readers for two AP subjects. The Specialist will also oversee all badging, scheduling, logistical coordination, and post-event travel claim processing related to the Reading period. This position ensures operational excellence, alignment with SLAs, and effective coordination across vendors, partners, and Functional Centers of Excellence (FCEs).

    Key Responsibilities

    End-to-End Product Management & Delivery

    + Contribute to developing the product work plan and execute assigned components.

    + Support daily product operations to meet work plan objectives.

    + Collaborate with FCEs to achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

    + Identify opportunities for operational process improvements.

    + Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams, vendors, and partners.

    Contract & SLA Fulfillment

    + Provide ongoing status updates on day-to-day operations.

    + Support the resolution of operational issues impacting delivery.

    + Execute and track performance against SLAs and KPIs under the guidance of the Product Operations Manager.

    Financial Management

    + Assist in preparing cost estimates related to product operations and enhancements.

    + Track product expenditures to ensure adherence to budget.

    + Support surplus and cost-management goals by monitoring and controlling expenses.

    + Uphold ethical standards and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

    AP Scoring Operations (Temporary Assignment Focus)

    + Manage the Chief Reader and all associated Readers for two AP subjects.

    + Oversee all badging and logistical activities related to AP Reading operations.

    + Travel onsite to Kansas City for up to 12 days to manage and track progress of the two assigned subjects during the Reading period.

    + If Extended Scoring is required, continue scheduling and coordinating Readers and Leaders until completion.

    + Process post-event travel claims for all onsite participants within assigned subjects.

    + Support additional operational tasks as bandwidth and needs allow.

    Required Skills

    + Strong ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

    + Ability to provide clear operational status updates with a deep understanding of SLAs and KPIs.

    + Strong client/vendor relationship understanding to ensure expectations are met.

    + Demonstrated knowledge of product operational needs.

    + Effective escalation skills—able to identify information gaps and seek necessary data for decision-making.

    **Pay Details:** $32.00 per hour
