Job Title: Visual Lot Inspector – Entry LevelLocation: Monticello, NYAbout the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Visual Lot Inspector to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want to start a career in the automotive industry. No prior experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Open to all backgrounds

+ Must be dependable and comfortable working outdoors

Key Responsibilities:

+ Vehicle Management: Parking, organizing, moving, scanning, and tagging vehicles for sale

+ Lot Maintenance: Keeping the lot clean, clear of debris, and secure

+ Customer Service: Assisting buyers, guiding them, and occasionally driving shuttles

+ Auction Support: Helping with preparation, loading, and sale day operations

+ Inspection: Checking vehicles for damage or missing items before auction

Requirements:

+ Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record

+ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

+ Physical ability to move around large lots and operate equipment

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.00/hr.
