What You’ll Do

+ Lead design and documentation for multiple projects, ensuring excellence from concept to completion.

+ Partner with clients and consultants, bringing strong communication and presentation skills to every interaction.

+ Dive into technical detailing, envelope systems, and lab planning for advanced facilities.

+ Oversee construction administration, navigating codes and regulations with confidence.

+ Mentor junior team members, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For

+ 7–10 years of architectural experience post-graduation.

+ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (Adobe Suite is a plus).

+ Strong knowledge of materials, systems, and envelope design.

+ Experience with construction administration and regulatory processes.

+ Architectural license preferred; LEED certification and AIA membership are a bonus.

+ Background in lab planning and large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects is highly valued.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
