    Responsibilities

    + Oversee the entire project, ensuring it is constructed according to design, schedule, and budget.

    + Interact with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project execution.

    + Manage project schedule, cost, quality, change orders, and project closeout processes.

    Essential Skills

    + 7+ years of Project Management experience in construction management.

    + Experience with commercial construction.

    + Public project experience is required.

    + Proficiency in project coordination.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + A 4-year degree in construction management or engineering is required.

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
