We are seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Production Manager to lead our high-volume, fast-paced server manufacturing operations. This role involves production planning, quality control, team leadership, continuous improvement, resource management, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and execute production plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
+ Implement quality control systems, resolve defects, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
+ Motivate and lead teams, fostering a positive work culture and environment.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
+ Oversee inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance to ensure efficient resource management.
+ Manage budgets and costs, including cost estimation and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
+ Maintain technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in server or electronics industries.
+ Utilize MS Office Suite and ERP/WMS platforms for efficient operations.
+ Analyze KPIs and make data-driven decisions for process optimization.
Essential Skills
+ 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in electronics or server industries.
+ Proficient in operation, production management, and production supervision.
+ Strong experience in production planning and execution, quality control, and leadership.
+ Expertise in continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
+ Proficient in resource management and budget control.
+ Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes with a focus on server/electronics.
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP/WMS platforms.
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on KPI management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Certifications in Lean and Six Sigma are preferred.
+ Proven track record in driving cost-effective operations and exceeding targets in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
+ Strong emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $107000.00 - $143000.00/yr.
