Job Title: Junior ArchitectJob Description

We are seeking an Intermediate Architectural Staff member to join our dynamic Retail Studio in Seattle. This role is perfect for an individual who excels in a collaborative environment and enjoys producing high-quality construction documents in a fast-paced setting. You will be part of a supportive team where you can make an immediate impact. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, technically strong, and passionate about design execution.

Responsibilities

+ Produce full sets of construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, and details.

+ Apply building codes and technical detailing to projects.

+ Coordinate effectively with consultants and internal teams.

+ Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools.

+ Support site planning, material selection, and cost estimating.

+ Engage in light project management and client interaction when necessary.

Essential Skills

+ Proficient in producing detailed, code-compliant drawing sets using Revit.

+ Skilled in consultant coordination and applying building codes and standards.

+ Clear communicator who collaborates well with teams and meets deadlines.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with others.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with high-volume retail rollout projects, preferably in food and beverage.

+ Ability to lead junior staff and contribute to team coordination.

+ Comfortable supporting client interactions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $36.00/hr.
