    ERP Systems Specialist – Manufacturing

    We’re seeking an ERP Systems Specialist to support our

    Acumatica ERP implementation and ongoing optimization. This role reports to the

     

    Plant Manager and CFO and works cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Finance,

     

    Quality, and IT teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Maintain and validate manufacturing/inventory data in Acumatica.

    + Develop processes for manufacturing and shipping; create SOPs and training materials.

    + Train users and provide ongoing support.

    + Troubleshoot system issues and optimize workflows.

    + Ensure data integrity and facilitate KPI/dashboard reporting.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    + 3–5 years ERP implementation/support experience in manufacturing/distribution.

    + Familiarity with GMP, QSR, ISO standards (ISO 13485 preferred).

    + Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SQL, and cloud-based ERP systems (Acumatica strongly preferred).

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    This is a Contract position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $70.00/hr.
