Power Test Engineer

Description

The engineer will lead functional testing, integration, and validation of power conversion systems for EV charging infrastructure. This role requires hands-on execution of test plans, field failure analysis, and vendor collaboration to ensure product quality and operational requirements are met

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)

+ 7+ years of engineering experience in power electronics/power systems design, integration and testing (industrial/motor/utility)

+ 5+ years of experience developing test plans, executing tests and generating reports

+ Demonstrable knowledge of DC power system controls (industrial/C&I/motor drives)

+ Hands-on familiarity with electrical protection (fault detection, protection relays, system reliability)

+ Program-management experience leading system hardware design and integration

+ Strong technical writing skills and documentation practices

+ Vendor collaboration experience

+ Cross-team collaboration skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
