What You’ll Do

+ Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of design and construction.

+ Serve as the primary client contact, guiding strategic decisions and building lasting relationships.

+ Manage complex projects, budgets, and schedules while mentoring emerging talent.

+ Drive design excellence and uphold rigorous quality standards.

What You Bring

+ Registered Architect with 12+ years of experience, including healthcare leadership.

+ Expertise in hospital or pediatric facility design.

+ Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.

+ Proficiency in Revit and project management tools; PMP and LEED credentials are a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $64.90/hr.
