Job Title: Technical Sales EngineerJob Description

We are seeking a driven Technical Sales Representative to expand our customer base and accelerate growth in the industrial automation and electrical controls market. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in PLC-based systems with the ability to craft and deliver effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with engineering teams to develop proposals, pricing models, and project scopes.

+ Prospect, network, and execute outbound outreach to generate new customers.

+ Conduct on-site evaluations to uncover opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

+ Present complex technical concepts in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.

+ Manage leads and track sales activities using CRM tools.

+ Understand customer requirements across PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and electrical control systems.

Work Environment

Primarily onsite, with remote flexibility available during travel. You will work directly with leading automation platforms while solving complex challenges for diverse industries. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maumee, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $52.88/hr.
