    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to support our construction client specializing in occupied healthcare renovations. The projects include work on radiology, doctor offices, hospitals, and medical equipment spaces.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with healthcare renovation standards.

    + Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients in healthcare construction settings.

    + Implement infection control and hazard analysis protocols, ensuring dust mitigation and safety.

    + Handle preconstruction and design-build phases, focusing on blueprint reading and MEP design comprehension.

    + Facilitate change orders and push construction schedules to meet project timelines.

    + Maintain professionalism and accountability in client-facing roles.

    Essential Skills

    + Occupied renovation experience

    + Experience working in healthcare construction

    + Knowledge and understanding of ICRA (infection control, hazard analysis, dust mitigation)

    + Experience reading MEP designs, drawings, and blueprint plans

    + Strong communication skills with stakeholders and clients

    + Ability to manage construction schedules and solve changes

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in design-build and preconstruction

    + Familiarity with method of procedures in healthcare

    + Proficiency with Adobe and Procore software

    Work Environment

    The work environment is a dynamic mix of office and job site settings. Project Managers typically handle 4-6 projects simultaneously within a 60-mile radius of Montgomery County, covering areas such as Delaware, Eastern Shore, Hagerstown, DC, NOVA, Woodbridge, VA, and Glenstone, PA.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
