Responsibilities
+ Provide technical support for sales and applications engineering.
+ Answer technical inquiries from engineers and designers worldwide.
+ Support implementation of next-generation interconnect solutions.
+ Learn technical requirements of high-reliability systems.
+ Work with customers to solve their interconnection challenges.
+ Set up new build-to-order production packages.
+ Read blueprints and customer proposals.
+ Interact with design and engineering departments to address customer questions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
+ Mechanical aptitude, such as the ability to read a blueprint or schematic.
+ Ability to communicate with colleagues, customers, vendors, and others.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
+ Experience with CadKey or AutoCad (2D) is a plus.
+ Knowledge of popular 3D CAD software (Inventor, PRO/E, Solid Works, CATIA, etc.) is advantageous.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glendale, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
