• Mechanical Design Engineer

    Actalent (Streamwood, IL)


    The purpose of the Mechanical Design Engineer position is to design, develop, and ensure compliance in custom fabrications, primarily focusing on liquid dosing systems.

     

    + Bachelor of Science in a Mechanical-based field.

    + Experience with Solidworks 3D Drafting and Routing.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD Drafting.

    + Experience designing piping, pumps, fluid dynamics or P and IDs

    + Proficiency in reading mechanical and industrial technical documents.

    + Self-motivation and strong engineering math skills for solving design-related calculations.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Solidworks Routing experience is preferred.

    + Experience in the fluids industry is advantageous.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Streamwood, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46/hr.
