    We are on the lookout for a proficient Full Stack Software Developer to enhance our dynamic team. This role demands a developer equipped with a foundation in front-end technologies, coupled with a fervor for crafting efficient, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will boast a comprehensive set of technical skills, an understanding of engineering principles, and a discerning eye for design and user experience.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with a team of developers to complete project and feature enhancements.

    + Design, test, and maintain high-quality web applications, ensuring clean and efficient code.

    + Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, build, and launch new features.

    + Translate UI/UX designs into technical implementations, ensuring their feasibility.

    + Seamlessly integrate front-end and back-end components of the application.

    + Enhance application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

    + Ensure application security best practices are followed during development.

    + Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

    + Engage in code reviews and actively participate in knowledge sharing within the team.

    Essential Skills

    + 2–4 years of professional software development experience in a full-stack role.

    + Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with hands-on experience using React.

    + Solid experience building backend services with Node.js.

    + Experience with Java, including object-oriented design and best practices.

    + Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

    + Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development principles.

    + Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

    + Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Github) and collaborative development workflows.

    + Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

    + Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Familiarity with the Rust programming language.

    + Understanding or hands-on experience with H3 Index for geospatial data indexing.

    + Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

    + Experience with event-driven architecture.

    + Experience with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and LoRa (Long Range) devices.

    + Proven track record with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

    + Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.

    + Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

    + A transparent approach to feedback and constructive criticism.

    + Must possess a growth mindset and love to collaborate within and across teams to deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Work Environment

     

    Onsite at least 3 days a week.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Brookfield, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
