    This is an entry-level project management position focused on supporting technical projects from start to finish. The role involves coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring successful delivery under the guidance of experienced managers.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist in managing projects through all phases: planning, preparation, execution, and closeout.

    + Develop cost estimates and budgets.

    + Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely completion.

    + Monitor project progress and resolve issues as needed.

    + Maintain documentation and provide updates to stakeholders.

    + Support installation activities, quality checks, and field service teams.

    + Help identify risks and ensure compliance with project requirements.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD

    + Strong organizational and communication skills

    + Proficiency with MS Office tools

    + Familiarity with project management software

    + Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)

    + 1–2 years of relevant experience in automation, manufacturing engineering, or semiconductor preferred

    + Occasional travel may be required (domestic and international)

    + Must have a valid driver’s license

    + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

    The work environment may involve exposure to mechanical equipment and moderate noise.     This is a Permanent position based out of Marcy, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $69000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
