### Job Duties

DSP Responsibilities/Duties:

This position provides services to individuals with a broad array of disabilities, whether behavioral, physical, or mental health, Direct Support Team members assist with activities of daily living, similar to PCA's and Certified Nursing Assistants.

Some duties include:

Errands for shopping or activities

Transporting to medical appointments

Enjoying recreational outings

Meal preparation

Medication administration

Teaching strategies to live as independently as possible

Some sites offer-where as there are other sites where these cares are not required:

Some positions require bathing, toileting, hygiene and grooming

Some positions do not require bathing, toileting, hygiene and grooming
