+ Partner with IT to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for leadership visibility.
+ Prepare quarterly market performance reports for the Executive Team and Board.
+ Identify and monitor emerging trends, capacity constraints, and growth opportunities.
Authority & Escalation
+ Exercise authority when cross-divisional issues threaten service quality or customer experience, including pausing execution or escalating issues to divisional or executive leadership when necessary to protect customer commitments and enterprise performance.
+ Serve as the enterprise coordinator ensuring accountability and alignment for cross-divisional projects.
Customer & Market Engagement
+ Shape and oversee ATS's external presence in the data-center ecosystem while collaborating with Business Development Managers (BDM) and National Sales Representatives (NSR) who own key relationships.
+ Define an engagement strategy that leverages BDM and NSR expertise and clarifies how responsibilities are shared across EPCs, OEMs, and suppliers.
+ Coordinate enterprise-level introductions and relationship-building at executive and strategic levels, ensuring unified messaging and customer experience.
+ Support and empower BDMs and NSRs in expanding supplier-level relationships into new geographies or vendors to grow new business.
+ Represent ATS at key data-center industry events (e.g. Data Center World, 7x24 Exchange, AFCOM) alongside BDMs, NSRs, and leadership.
