• Packaging Operator II - 2nd Shift

    Description:

    The Packaging Operator II is responsible for safely operating the packaging equipment to package in process products in accordance with the Packaging Order while following SOPs and Maintaining 100% cGMP & compliance during operations.

    Schedule:

    2nd Shift - 3:30pm - 12:00am Monday to Friday

    Essential Functions:

    + Checks and verifies product/outserts/label as per product specification in the batch record, work order and packaging records.

    + Checks proper setting and operation of all the packaging equipment located in the packaging rooms.

    + Responsible for ensuring the packaging line/room is clean, organized and ready for packaging operations.

    + Performs packaging batch record documentation.

    + Perform in-process checks during packaging operation and record the data in packaging batch record.

    + Checks calibration status of all scales, balance and equipment.

    + Responsible for disposal of rejected products and packaging components in the designated area.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    + Performs other functions as required or assigned

    + Complies with all company policies and standards.

    + May monitor equipment performance.
