ABM is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to oversee the event operations team while supporting broader program management efforts for a high‑profile Fortune 500 client. This role serves as a critical connector between event oversight, program operations, and reporting, ensuring operational performance aligns with account objectives.
The Project Manager partners closely with the Account Program Manager and internal stakeholders to provide program oversight, analyze performance, drive continuous improvement, and enable teams through training, structure, and clear communication. The ideal candidate is highly agile, organized, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to balance client partnership, program governance, and operational insight in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for the national client’s team, owning the day‑to‑day relationship and ensuring alignment between client expectations and program delivery.
+ Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all organizational levels, from front‑line teams to executive leadership.
+ Act as a multi-site liaison, providing hands-on leadership and oversight across multiple locations to support staff, resolve issues, and ensure seamless operations.
+ Demonstrate emotional intelligence, professionalism, and respect when driving alignment and accountability.
+ Partner closely with the Account Program Manager to align client priorities, program initiatives, and operational execution.
+ Translate client needs, feedback, and requests into actionable program and team guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
+ Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities within the event program that could impact the client experience, escalating as appropriate and driving timely resolution.
+ Participate in client meetings, working sessions, and reviews, contributing program context, operational insight, and actionable recommendations.
+ Ensure the event program delivers against defined KPIs, compliance requirements, and client expectations.
+ Analyze program data to assess performance and effectiveness, supporting fact‑based decision‑making.
+ Prepare clear, concise reports, presentations, and visualizations for internal leadership and client‑facing discussions.
+ Conduct daily touch bases with event labor team supervisor(s) and assisting project manager to provide instruction and discuss action items
+ Periodic travel for in-person workshops, site walks and client interaction
+ Participate in Program Team meetings and training sessions to build expertise in program operations.
+ Plan, facilitate, and support training workshops, meetings, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
+ Adhering to event safety standards and ensuring that seating arrangements adhere to fire code regulations.
+ Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support evolving business needs and account priorities.
Requirements:
+ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
+ Experience with Work Order Systems is a plus.
+ Diligence and attention to detail.
+ Previous managerial position required.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication.
+ Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
+ Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
+ Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
