In this role, you’ll work closely with the Critical Facility Technician to maintain and monitor equipment in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

    What You’ll Do

    + Assist with testing, inspections, and facility rounds to ensure optimal performance of critical systems.

    + Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment and support scheduling of maintenance activities.

    + Respond promptly to emergencies and customer concerns, minimizing downtime.

    + Maintain compliance with all Federal, State, and local codes and safety regulations.

    + Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of sensitive equipment.

    + Prepare timely reports and communicate effectively using Microsoft Office tools.

    + Escort subcontractors and ensure adherence to critical facility work rules.

    Basic Qualifications

    + 18 years of age or older

    + Valid, unexpired driver’s license

    + Journeyman HVAC license (state, county, or city jurisdiction)

    + Minimum of **3 years’ experience** as an Commercial HVAC technician

    Preferred Qualifications

    + **5+ years’ experience** as a Commercial HVAC technician in a commercial setting
