    Job Summary Details:

    We are hiring **General Laborers** to support the installation of electrical systems in a semiconductor facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. General Laborers will assist skilled trades and technicians with material movement, equipment setup, safety spotting and site preparation.

     

    Pay: 20.00 per hour plus fringe.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assist with the transport and staging of components and materials

    + Safety spotting and maintaining proper barricades

    + Perform basic mechanical tasks such as bolting, anchoring, and assembly support

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

    + Support installation teams with equipment positioning and alignment

    + Operate hand tools, lifts, and other equipment under supervision

    + Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times

    + Report any hazards, incidents, or delays to supervisors promptly

    + Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately

    Qualifications

    + Previous experience in construction, warehouse, or industrial settings preferred

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods

    + Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces

    + Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

    + Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude

    + Must pass background check and drug screening
