    We are looking for an experienced **2nd Shift Welder** to join our team. This role involves operating a **NAP (Universal Welder)** and performing MIG welding tasks on carbon steel pipe and related components. The ideal candidate will have strong welding and fabrication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

     

    + Schedule: **2nd shift 3pm to 1:30am Monday-Friday**

    + Pay Rate: **$22** /hour (30.00/hour)

    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Operate NAP (Universal Welder) and perform MIG welding on spool pieces, flanges, and carbon steel pipe.

    + Weld outlets onto carbon steel pipe and inspect work for defects.

    + Ensure proper alignment of fittings and check end grooves for correct depth.

    + Identify and address bad seams or splits in pipe.

    + Maintain a clean and safe welding station while adhering to all safety and quality standards.

    + Report equipment malfunctions and safety issues promptly.

    + Complete online training in Workday and maintain accurate documentation.

    Your Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent

    + **3–5 years of welding and fabrication experience** .

    + Ability to read and interpret a tape measure accurately.

    + **1 year of computer experience** (Outlook, email).

    + Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    + General reading and writing skills.

    Preferred Skills

    + Experience inspecting welds for defects and ensuring quality standards.

    + Familiarity with specialty welding tasks on spool pieces and flanges.

    + Knowledge of safety practices and ability to maintain compliance.

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
