PDS Tech Commercial is hiring an **IT Operations Technician** to support multiple business divisions across the Waterloo, Indiana region. What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)
+ Provide **in-person and remote technical support** to teammates across divisions within a 20-mile radius.
+ **Order, configure, deploy, and support IT hardware** while maintaining accurate inventory records.
+ Assist with **implementing Azure cloud solutions** and supporting modern IT services and tools.
+ Partner with business users to understand requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.
+ Troubleshoot system issues, manage support requests, and maintain service quality standards.
+ Contribute to project work and perform additional operational duties as assigned.
+ Follow all safety policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure a secure work environment.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field **or** equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ At least **1 year of IT support experience** .
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to support remote users effectively.
+ Proven ability to **prioritize multiple support requests** efficiently.
+ Positive attitude with the ability to build strong, trustworthy relationships.
+ Willingness to work on an **as-needed basis** , including evenings or weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
+ **AZ-900** or **AZ-104** certification
+ PowerShell scripting experience
+ Cloud migration experience
+ Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) familiarity
+ Experience working within an Agile environment

**Pay Details:** $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
