    Adecco is recruiting for a **Plastics Finisher** for a client in **East Syracuse, NY.** This position is temp-to-hire, paying **$17-19/hour.**

    Position Summary

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finishing Technician to help bring molded parts to life. In this hands-on role, you’ll prepare, finish, and inspect parts to meet customer specifications—playing a key part in delivering high-quality products our clients rely on.

    What You’ll Do

    + Mix filler and hardener according to instructions.

    + Inspect parts, identify imperfections, and fill or repair as needed.

    + Use sandpaper, drills, and sanders to finish parts to spec.

    + Verify counts, scan job travelers, and route completed work to the next stage.

    + Consistently meet quality and productivity goals.

    + Support ISO quality standards and follow established processes.

    + Maintain a safe, clean workspace and use proper PPE at all times.

    + Show reliability through strong attendance and adherence to company policies.

    + Apply training and new skills to improve workmanship and overall results.

    + Take on additional tasks as needed to support the production team.

    What You Bring

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Manual dexterity and comfort working with hand tools.

    + Prior experience in surface finishing (6+ months preferred).

    + Ability to read job travelers/specifications.

    + Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

    Physical Requirements

    + Ability to sit for extended periods and handle small parts and tools.

    + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed.

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
