Adecco is recruiting for a **Machining Finisher** on 1st shift for a client in **East Syracuse, NY.** This position is temp-to-hire, paying **$17–$19/hour** .

Job Summary
The Machining Finisher is responsible for removing excess material from machined cast parts and ensuring each part meets required quality standards.
Responsibilities
+ Use air, electric, and handheld tools to deburr, grind, chisel, sand, and buff machined parts
+ Perform visual inspections and blend mismatched or distorted areas as needed
+ Use Go/No-Go gauges on specified parts
+ Verify part counts and route completed parts to the next operation
+ Maintain adequate supplies of finishing materials
+ Complete required production paperwork and reporting
+ Meet established quality and productivity standards
+ Follow all safety policies and consistently use required PPE
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Support ISO quality processes and internal systems
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 6+ months of manufacturing experience preferred
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Basic math skills
+ Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
Physical Requirements
+ Ability to walk, reach, stoop, sit, and kneel
+ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
+ Good visual acuity and manual dexterity
**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
