Adecco is assisting one of their top clients to fill an HR Associate role in Parsippany, NJ.
This HR Associate role is paying $27.50/hr.
_The HR Associate serves as the liaison to employees and managers in a call center environment and/or business location(s). Acts as an HR Generalist in a primary point of contact role for employees to support, respond, handle, answer, and action issues/questions regarding policies, procedures, and HR systems._
_Proficiency in Google Suite (including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar) is highly preferred._
_Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is highly preferred._
_Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field._
_Minimum of 1 year of HR experience, preferably various areas of HR such as Onboarding and Offboarding process management, HRIS, Benefits, & LOAs, supporting multi-site or remote clients._

**Pay Details:** $27.50 per hour
