**Job Title:** Operator I
**Experience:** 3+ years
Position Summary
Responsible for operating and setting up manufacturing equipment, ensuring parts meet specifications, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and adjust automatic machines (cutting, pressing, bending, painting).
Interpret drawings and follow manufacturing procedures.
Perform minor mechanical and pneumatic adjustments.
Inspect parts and maintain accurate production and quality records.
Keep machines, tools, and work areas clean and organized.
Move materials using manual carts or forklift.
Identify and report equipment issues, quality risks, or unsafe conditions.
Support continuous improvement and follow all safety and environmental policies.
Requirements
High School (senior year completed).
3+ years of experience in machine set-up or related manufacturing work.
Technical skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Teamwork, good communication, responsibility, and initiative.
Skills & Qualities
Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude.
Organized, safety-focused, and quality-oriented.
Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate effectively across shifts.
**Pay Details:** $13.00 per hour
