DUTIES:Assists in supporting the educational and emotional needs of students, providing direct intervention and assistance to those experiencing behavioral or emotional crises.Helps maintain a safe and supportive school environment through de-escalation strategies, positive behavior reinforcement, and collaboration with staff.
