Marketing Communications Specialist

Responsibilities
As a Global Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be instrumental in backing our marketing efforts and content development. In this role, you will influence outcomes by:
+ Leading the implementation of marketing communications projects and/or tactics aligned with the content plan and creative brief/s
+ Assisting with marketing planning and the complete content plan creation alongside the Marketing Communications Strategist for the biopharma business
+ Supporting the development of creative briefs for communication methods and prioritized portfolio/product activities consistent with the content strategy
+ Partnering directly with the Global Marketing Communications Strategist, along with functional marketing associates, agencies, and subject matter experts to develop and finalize projects and tactics
+ Understanding personas, buyers' journeys, and experiences of the target audience
+ Bringing to bear content performance and efficiency metrics to optimize communication tactics
+ Communicating with global counterparts to help drive successful program activation and outcomes for key prioritized countries
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
+ Strong Marketing Communications competence
+ Experience in content development and adherence to brand guidelines
+ Focus on customer-centric marketing
+ Highly developed collaborator and skilled project manager
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Minnesota is $75,800.00–$126,300.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
