    Master Multi-Unit Operations: Lead Food Service Excellence across Acute, LTC, and Behavioral Health Units.

     

    Sodexo** is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and customer-focused **General Manager 4 – Food Services** to lead all food and nutrition operations at **Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (RWJUH)** in **Hamilton, NJ.

     

    This is a critical leadership role responsible for the financial and operational success across a unique two-location healthcare facility featuring acute care, long-term care, and behavioral health units **.** The ideal candidate will combine strong financial management skills with a passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care and exceptional customer service.

     

    The **General Manager 4** will have full operational and financial accountability for the department, ensuring Sodexo Standards and client goals are met across all units.
