    What You'll Do

    + Plan and execute event logistics: Ensure every detail aligns with client requirements and organizational standards.

    + Advise strategically on event needs: Guide clients on room selection, setup, audiovisual support, catering, and on‑site coordination.

    + Manage event calendars and room allocation: Secure spaces and recommend adjustments to optimize scheduling.

    + Coordinate recurring meetings: Apply disciplined scheduling and resource allocation for ongoing events.

    + Build strong client relationships: Understand needs deeply and consistently exceed expectations.
