**Sodexo** is seeking a **Retail Manager** for Kent Miriam Hospital in Providence, RI **.** The Retail Manager will be part of a team who oversees employees with a high volume in retail sales. This is a fast paced and exciting account and is seeking for a Retail manager who encompasses high energy, laser focused, creative and imaginative with a discriminatory eye for detail.

What You'll Do

+ motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff.

+ provide stellar customer services.

+ ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed.

+ conduct retail brand standard audits (in-house and national brands).

+ maintain integrity of retail branded concept standards (national and in-house brands).

+ manage the opening and closing the operation as well daily retail food service operations.

+ ensure all needed signage is in place.

+ maintain all product merchandising, marketing, and ordering standards are in place.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience

MinimumManagement Experience - 2 years

MinimumFunctional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
