Primary Job Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for yard compliance to NOV policies and procedures such as, but not limited to HSE and HR

+ Responsible for yard compliance with the Tuboscope Threading Quality Manual requirements

+ Part inspection and auditing of operator inspections per applicable quality system, licensing agency, or customer requirements.

+ Complete inspection reports.

+ Audit operators' first article and inspection reports.

+ Complete understanding of the inspection program.

+ Complete non-conformance reports and communicate status to applicable management.

+ Aid with and audit facility production paperwork as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent

+ Previous experience with mechanical inspection preferred but not required.

+ Ability to solve basic math equations.

+ Must be able to learn and operate mechanical testing equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and scales.

+ Blueprint reading skills are preferred but not required.

+ Maintain code 70 certification.

+ Manage ordering and customer authorizations for proprietary items.

+ Able to perform acceptance inspection on material purchased by the facility.
