ABBA Roller is seeking a Manufacturing Technician 2 - CNC Grinder. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys repetitive work and is comfortable working on their own in a group environment. Able to understand instructions and comfortable asking questions whenever necessary. Someone who understands the importance of accuracy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety policies and procedures.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Adhere to all quality assurance policies and procedures.
+ Communicate production and quality updates to supervisor and complete daily productivity reports as required.
+ Achieve daily production goals as required by production supervisor and program manager.
+ Adhere to all quality assurance policies and procedures.
+ Operate CNC grinding machine to achieve material removal on metallic and rubber products.
+ Operate CNC and manual grinding lathe to smooth or polish the surface of metallic and rubber products.
+ Load material onto CNC and manual grinding lathes using the proper tools and mechanisms.
+ Maintain product specifications by observing grinding operations, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, and replacing worn tools as necessary.
+ Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, troubleshooting malfunctions, and notifying maintenance for repairs.
+ Additional responsibilities as assigned by production supervisor.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE:
+ High School degree or GED equivalent
+ Minimum of 2+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment and/or with machine experience
DESIRED SKILLS:
+ Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality.
+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills.
+ Good communication and collaboration skills.
+ Familiarity with safety guidelines and protocols.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
+ Ability to lift and manipulate 40 lbs.
+ Excellent close and distant vision.
+ Ability to stand 8 hours plus per workday.
