    We're looking for a Vending Assembly Supervisor to join our team. Working as a Vending Assembly Supervisor, you will oversee the bill of materials setup, assembly, order fullfillment, shipping and reporting of our various PTSolutions Inventory Management vending machines.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Oversee/support daily duties of Vending Machine Technicians

    + Communicates cross-functionally with company management, including National Vending Manager, Regional and Operations Managers

    + Works within SupplyNet to insure proper bill of material records, order processing and shipment

    + Works with Supply Chain and management on assembly forecasts and component Purchase Orders

    + Works closely with Warehouse & Logistics Director on physical inventory management and control of all components

    + Assists with definition of assembly processes, training employees appropriately

    + Actively seeks product and assembly improvement

    + Other duties as assigned

     

    Experience and Skills

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Must be age 21+ in order to drive a company vehicle

    + Valid drivers license with clean driving record

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION

    + High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of supervisory experience

    + Ability to communicate with internal and external customers, employees and management in professional manner

    + Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record

    + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

    + Strong mechanical inclination

    + Must be able to work independently

    + Must provide excellent customer service

    + Must have good computer skills with knowledge of MS Office software

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    + Ability to lift 50 pounds

    + Operate a computer

    + Frequent sitting at work station
