We need you to drive growth and strengthen our presence in the
NYC and Northern NJ collision repair marketplace. The Sales Supervisor for the Automotive Aftermarket will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships within the collision repair industry. This role focuses on managing Distributor and End-Use accounts and relationships, developing new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals, expanding our breadth of product portfolio across the market. The position requires in-depth knowledge of collision repair products, industry trends, and customer needs. The Sales Supervisor will work independently while collaborating with rep agency partners and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to body shops, heavy duty fleet accounts, and distribution partners.• Have a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (required).
• Bring 3+ years of value-added technical sales experience.
• Excel at building trust-based relationships and thrive in a territory where success depends on broad engagement, not just a few large accounts.
• Are skilled in territory management, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Possess strong technical aptitude in industrial products (especially abrasives) and can communicate their value to clients.
• Are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets and enjoy analyzing market trends to inform your strategies.
• Are self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Want to be part of a team that values initiative, problem-solving, and continuous growth.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $79,500 to $123,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $87,450 to $135,850. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
