The mission of the Acadiana Area Human Services District is to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Acadiana who have behavioral health and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Minimum Qualifications
Two years of experience in administrative services.

Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
As anAdministrative Coordinator, you will function as a member of an administrative support staff team
+ Providing an array of administrative support functions to clients as well as to professional staff of the Clinic.
+ Serves as Receptionist
+ Switchboard Operator
+ Scheduler
+ Medical Records Administrator
+ Admissions Interviewer
Position – Specific Details:
Appointment Type: Probational or Promotional
Work Schedule: Work hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday – Friday
