    + Blend of Breast Imaging and general Diagnostic Radiology

    + No overnight reads – night coverage after 9 PM handled by a dedicated team

    + Stable, collegial group of fellowship-trained radiologists with shared workload

    + Hybrid flexibility – onsite only 1 week every 6 weeks

    + Backup call only (1:6 rotation), with reasonable hours:

    + Weekdays: 10 AM – 9 PM

    + Weekends: 7 AM – 7 PM

    + Fellowship not required
