Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **HR Assistant at TAMPA FL 33607 (Hybrid)**
Pay rate: $22/hr.
Shift availability:- Mon-Fri Mon - Fri 8:30am-5:30pm
_About the Role_
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our HR Contact Center team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support and delivering exceptional service to employees and HR partners.
Key Responsibilities
+ Answer and field inbound calls, providing assistance and accurate direction.
+ Handle inquiries related to payroll, leave of absence (LOA), and other HR-related topic.
+ Partner closely with the Payroll team to resolve inquiries.
+ Direct employee and HR payroll questions to the appropriate resolution channels.
+ Provide One HR expertise and support to employees and HR community.
+ Process tuition reimbursement requests and employee verifications.
+ Address policy questions, compliance, and policy acknowledgements.
+ Document employee data changes, performance reports, and communications.
+ Create cases in ServiceNow and manage call logs using call management software.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree required.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in HR support or high-volume contact center environment.
+ Prior experience handling inbound calls and case management (ServiceNow preferred).
+ Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
+ Spanish language skills highly preferred.

+ Previous contact center experience with inbound phone calls and case management.
+ Ability to manage inquiries related to payroll, LOA, and HR policies effectively.
**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
