Manager of ER RN
**Location:** Independence, MO
Compensation & Schedule
**Pay:** $53.12–$61.99/hr (based on experience; max rate with 20+ years)
**Sign-On Bonus:** $25,000 (2-year commitment; paid in increments)
**Schedule:** Full-time
**Shift:** Evenings, Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
**Call:** Rotates every three weeks
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Emergency Department operations and staff
Serve as a clinical resource and liaison with medical staff
Oversee staffing, budgeting, compliance, and quality outcomes
Hire, train, evaluate, and develop department personnel
Implement and maintain departmental policies and procedures
Ensure integration of ED services with hospital operations
Qualifications
Required:
Active **RN license**
Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
**2+ years of recent Acute Care ED Charge RN experience** (within the last year)
Certifications:
BLS within 30 days
ACLS within 90 days
ENPC and TNCC within 1 year of hire

**Pay Details:** $53.12 to $61.99 per hour
