Now Hiring: Travel Speech Language Pathologist – Utica, NY
IMPORTANT: Must Reside within 50 miles of zip code 13502 OR Will accept Local Applicants
Schedule: Day Shift | 7A – 330p | 13 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
+ Be able to communicate with patients, medical and house staff
+ Ability to assess accurate prognosis of patient potential and guide the individual to achieve that potential
+ Develop a plan of care with realistic and measurable outcomes in collaboration with the client and family
+ Utilize appropriate teaching tools and methods.
Qualifications:
+ Active SLP license in New York State Required and ASHA Certificate Preferred
+ Minimum 1 year of Clinical Speech Therapy experience required
+ Current AHA BLS certification is required
+ Proficient with MS Office and Epic EMR software
+ Must Have LTC Experience
+ Knowledge of the PDPM reimbursement system
Pay Breakdown:
+ $1,440 weekly (taxable)
+ $1,246 weekly per diem (non-taxable)
**Pay Details:** $2,686.00 per week
