Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 base plus substantial bonus
Kelly Services is conducting search for a Director Finance and Accounting on behalf of a privately held, global organization. This role is suited for a hands-on finance leader who excels in performance-driven environments and brings a strong balance of technical expertise and business partnership.
The Opportunity
This position will serve as the senior finance leader for the organization’s regional operations, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive financial performance, cash flow discipline, and strategic decision-making. The role offers high visibility, team leadership, and meaningful impact **.**
Key Focus Areas
+ Oversee core finance and accounting operations, including reporting and controls
+ Own monthly and quarterly financial results, including P&L and cash flow visibility
+ Deliver actionable insights through forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting
+ Ensure accurate cost, inventory, and asset accounting practices
+ Strengthen internal controls and drive continuous process improvement
+ Support capital investment analysis and financial performance tracking
+ Partner with tax and treasury functions to ensure compliance and liquidity
+ Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team
+ Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership
Candidate Profile
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
+ 5–7+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
+ CPA strongly preferred
+ Strong technical accounting foundation with business-oriented mindset
+ Experience in operational or manufacturing-adjacent environments a plus
+ Confident communicator with executive presence
+ Hands-on, results-driven leader with strong judgment and accountability
Compensation & Benefits
+ Base salary: $140,000 – $160,000
