Maintenance Technician – Injection Molding (Night Shift)

**Location:** Charlotte, NC

**Schedule:** 2-2-3 | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

**Pay:** $30–$37/HR depending on experience

**Bonus:** $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are a family-owned, global plastics manufacturer specializing in **high-volume injection molding** . What You’ll Do

+ Troubleshoot and repair **injection molding machines** and auxiliary equipment

+ Perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns

+ Assist with mold changes and equipment setup

+ Maintain facility systems (electrical, air, water)

+ Document work using a computerized maintenance system

+ Follow all safety procedures (LOTO, PPE, electrical safety)

What We’re Looking For

+ **2+ years** of maintenance experience in plastics or injection molding **OR** formal maintenance training

+ Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

+ Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or robotics preferred

+ Ability to work independently and lift up to **50 lbs**
